    - Base salary $96,700 - $137,000/yr
    - Up to 10% salary increase for Spanish Bilingual
    - Annual bonuses up to $20,000

    Responsibilities:
    - Provides direct care and education to Health Center patients and ensures continuity and quality of care.
    - The provider will have a solid understanding of patient needs and will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to co-manage primary care patients.
    Qualifications
    Required:
    - A minimum of 2 years' experience in Primary Care.
    - Massachusetts (MA) certification in Expanded Role from Board of Registration in Nursing.
    - MA Nursing License
    - MA NP Certification
    - Current MA Controlled Substance Registration (MCSR) and DEA registration
    - PCP candidates must be eligible for Full Practice Authority in the state of Massachusetts
    - Fluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in Portuguese is a bonus.
    Preferred:
    - Understanding of ambulatory family practice health care program administration and clinical operations ;/li>
