  • Additional Info: General Responsibilities:
    - Complete physical assessment and provides appropriate diagnosis.
    - Manage therapy for patients including outlining care, providing prescriptions, coordinating consultations, and referrals.
    - Perform diagnostic tests, medical procedures, and follows up with critical results using appropriate protocol.
    - Communicates via telephone with patients to discuss patient tests, results, medication refills, and other medical questions.
    Qualifications:
    - Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing and Certification by the State Board of Nursing as an Advanced Internal Medicine Practice Nurse required
    - Current and Active OH license required
    - 2+ years experience as an NP
    - BLS trained
