  **Fully REMOTE Position**
  Qualifications:
  - Complete accredited FNP Certification
  - Active NY license
  - 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting or the ER/ Urgent care setting
  - Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts
  - Ability to work afternoons and evenings
  - Certified in Workers Comp and Suboxone (must be completed within first 3 months probationary period)
  - Excellent clinical and communication skills
