    DETAILS: Provide primary care services, including, but not limited to, assessment, diagnosis, wellness exams, and medication management within an outpatient, primary care setting.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    - Missouri state licensed
    - Ability to work in a culturally diverse population.
    - Able to function as part of a team
