We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team in Indiana. Position Overview:

In this role, you will work closely with a team of experienced physicians and healthcare professionals to meet the growing demand for primary care services in the area. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients, including both traditional clinic visits and hospital rounding as needed.


What You Can Expect:



  • Flexible Full-Time Schedule: No weekends or holidays, ensuring a healthy work-life balance

  • Primary Responsibilities:

    • Conduct traditional clinic visits for patients of all ages

    • Perform hospital rounding, including history and physicals, discharges, and skilled nursing home visits as needed for coverage



  • Patient Volume:

    • Average outpatient volume: 18-20 patients per day

    • Inpatient volume: Varies based on needs



  • Telehealth Services: Offered as part of comprehensive patient care

  • Common Diagnoses Treated:

    • Child and adult wellness visits

    • Chronic back pain

    • Diabetes

    • Hypertension

    • Heart failure

    • Physicals

Qualifications:



  • Master's Degree: Required

  • Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification: Required

  • Basic Life Support Program (BLS): Required (American Heart Association)
