The practice demands 18 patients per day, ensuring comprehensive and individualized care. Operating Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, the role encompasses a diverse mix of pediatric and adult patients. A decision on applications is typically made within 7-14 days, providing a swift onboarding process.


Experienced Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) with three years in a similar setting are encouraged to apply. Physician Assistants must hold a CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate, while Nurse Practitioners require a Furnishing License with Schedules II. An active DEA is essential before the start date.


Credentialing, which spans 30-90 days, involves meeting immunization requirements, including the 2022-2023 Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results, Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, and Tdap Immunization.


COVID vaccination compliance consists of the primary series plus booster or one dose of the current COVID vaccine (2023/2024 formulation). Both the Healthcare Organization (HCO) and Vendor mutually agree to a 30-day notice for ending assignments.
