  JOB DESCRIPTION:
  - Our health centers focus on quality outcomes using an integrated care approach to deliver the best care to our patients.
  - The FNP will see all ages and must be comfortable seeing patients with chronic conditions
  - Rotated, evening phone call
  QUALIFICATIONS:
  - 2 years of NP experience in a similar setting OR candidates with prior RN experience in a community health/outpatient experience will be considered (5 years RN experience preferred)
  -Current RN and NP license
  -CPR certified
