  • Compensation:
    - $120,000 to $140,000 base salary + RVU bonus ;/li>

    -Employees can elect for ADD insurance (plan/payment depends on what is chosen)

    -MHCC covers malpractice and tail coverage
    - PTO is accrued after the first 30 days - accrues every pay period (twice a month) hours per pay period.
    - Sick time is accrued hours per pay period.

    -CME reimbursement is usually $3000 for midlevels and $5000 for physicians
    -Hospital funded loan forgiveness opportunities for midlevels - usually $45000 per 3 year contract term, $15000 per year with receipt submission
    -Relocation and/or sign on bonus is negotiable - either one or the other; both are not granted.
