Approximately 10% of Elica's patients receive care outside our clinic facilities through the Wellness Outside Walls (WOW) initiative, which includes our Street Medicine and Mobile Medicine programs.
  - Seeking a family nurse practitioner to provide care to our homeless population.
  - The work environment is primarily field-based triaging and administering medical care to patients experiencing homelessness. Work environment includes streets and surrounding areas of Sacramento County; homeless shelters; and health clinics.
  - Must be BC and have DEA.
  - 2+ years of FNP experience required. An exception can be made if you have prior FQHC or Community Health experience, then only 1 year of experience required.
  - Must have or either be in the process of obtaining your CA license.
  - Current enrollment in Medi-Cal required. (Due to 6-7 month waitlist as of 6/2019).
