  DETAILS:
  - 16 hours/week but open to longer shifts if candidate wants!
  - Evaluates and manages the care of patients and endocrine conditions in the outpatient setting
  - Assists in telephone triage at our convenience care clinic in San Rafael
  - Performs telemedicine visits and brings patients for in-person exams when needed
  - Obtains medical histories and conducts physical examinations.
  QUALIFICATIONS:
  - CA License REQUIRED
  - DEA License REQUIRED
  - 2+ Years of Experience REQUIRED
  - Experience in diabetes and endocrine management PREFERRED
  - Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) PREFERRED
