Position Overview:

What You Can Expect:



  • Practice Hours:

    • Monday Thursday: 7:00 4:30

  • Patient Volume:

    • Average outpatient volume of 18-20 patients per day, ensuring that you can provide personalized, attentive care.



  • Patient Demographics:

    • Treat patients of all ages, offering a broad scope of care from pediatrics to geriatrics.



  • Telehealth Services:

    • Provide convenient telehealth services to expand access to care for patients in the community.




Common Diagnoses You Will Manage:



  • Child and Adult Wellness Visits: Conduct routine check-ups and preventive care.

  • Chronic Conditions: Manage and treat chronic conditions such as back pain, hypertension, and heart failure.

  • Endocrinology Issues: Address common endocrinological conditions with a focus on patient education and long-term management.


Qualifications:



  • Educational Requirements:

    • Master's Degree: Required

    • Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification: Required



  • Certification:

    • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification: Required (American Heart Association)
