  • Additional Info:
    - Two years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant, with a minimum of one year of experience in the clinical area assigned.
    - Spanish fluency is a plus
    - Prefer experience (cultural competence) working with vulnerable populations and clients with mental illness and substance use disorder.
    - EMR: NextGen
    - The nurse practitioner will provide care to patients experiencing homelessness primarily in a street outreach setting.
