• Compensation:
  - $85,000 - $105,000
  - $30 bonus per patient visit over 16 per day

  You will:
  - Round in skilled nursing, long-term acute care, and assisted living facilities daily.
  - Provides medical care to the assigned patient population, maintains timely and appropriate documentation of such care, and actively participates in medical staff duties

  At Summit Medical Consultants, our mission is to provide patients and their families with a unique resource and advocate throughout the Skilled Nursing, Acute Rehab, and Long Term Care stay. We coordinate with specialists and surgeons, Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies, Case Management, and Psychology to create a care plan with our patient's specific needs in mind.
