Nurse Practitioner outpatient work only outside Chicago, Illinois.  You will work with 3 physicians. Your work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, or work a 4 day work week with alternating Saturdays. The job will include part home/nursing home visits and part clinic work. The payer mix is mostly Medicare, Medicaid and PPO.
