    - Work alongside 6 BC Neonatologists who are part of a private group "Northern Indiana Neonatal Associates".
    - Pediatric surgery on-site at each facility, active high-risk maternal-fetal medicine program, neonatal transport program, Level II Pediatric trauma center, and newly renovated NICU at both facilities.
    - Duties will include attendance at high-risk deliveries, central line placement, airway management, thoracentesis, paracentesis, ventilator management, management of postoperative neonatal patients.
