Are you a dedicated and experienced Neurology Nurse Practitioner seeking a rewarding locum tenens opportunity? We are actively recruiting two skilled professionals to join our dynamic healthcare team. Located near MILL CITY, OR, this position provides an excellent chance to contribute to the delivery of top-tier neurology care.


Work Schedule:



  • Full-time need

  • 0700-1730 all day shift in the hospital, no home on-call shifts

  • 8 shifts per 2 weeks. Expect every other weekend or every 3rd weekend

  • Consideration for 2 NP's to fill the full-time need. No PA's will be considered.

  • Candidates must be presented with NIHSS certification to ensure they qualify

  • Comprehensive stroke center requiring experience in neuro exams, NIHSS, and complex stroke care

  • Preference for candidates with stroke education CEUs

  • DEA required


Certification Requirements:


To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following certification criteria:



  • Board Certified: Yes

  • Fellowship: N/A

  • Minimum Board Certification: Eligible (Board Certification preferred)


Licensing and Credentialing:


For seamless integration into the healthcare team, candidates must adhere to licensing and credentialing requirements:



  • Only allow bids from providers with active licenses in OR: Yes

  • ABLS: No

  • Allow Bids from Providers with IMLC: No

  • ACLS: No

  • Will you reimburse Vendor for costs associated with licensing Provider?: No

  • ATLS: No

  • BLS: No

  • Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 90

  • PALS: No
