This is an employed position for outstanding nurse practitioner who enjoy providing patient care in hospital settings, looking for a long- term career track in Private Practice. Function as Primary Attending for patients referred from community physicians. Work Mon-Fri swing shifts 10am to 8pm, five ;Weekend shared call. The practice currently covers 3 facilities but each physician works primarily in one hospital community. Admit from ER, round/discharge in floors/ICU; no procedures, no house coverage, no nights. Start with a competitive base salary plus bonuses in the $105K range, with upside potential in following years based on ability and team-based performance.
