  • Most of the patient visits are for episodic care and wellness/preventive services

  • Coverage Dates: ASAP - April

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8-5

  • No weekends, No call

  • Will see adults only

  • Must have DEA

  • Will work between two locations

  • Must have at least one year of experience

  • A++ Malpractice Coverage provided with a guaranteed tail

  • Weekly compensation available
