Growing hospital employed hospitalist group in the Scranton, Pennsylvania area needs another nurse practitioner hospitalist. There are 4 hospitalists and 2 Nurse Practitioners in the practice. They are hiring because a neighboring hospital closed and their volume is up 30%. Work 5 days a week, primarily swing shifts from 12pm to 8pm and 2pm to 10pm. 1 in 3 shared weekends with the other nurse practitioners. Average rounding days are 12 to 15 patients and they hospital averages 5 day admits and 5 night admits.
