  DETAILS:
  - Provides at least 1-2 evening clinic sessions per week and one Saturday a month
  - Acts as a consultant for nurses and other staff members handling triage calls or walk-ins
  - Works collaboratively with medical providers, social workers, and care coordinators
  QUALIFICATIONS:
  - IL License REQUIRED
  - Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) REQUIRED
