  • Hours:Monday - Friday: 8 am - 5 pm

  • Average Patients seen: 18-24

  • Compensation: - $100,000 - $125,000 based on experience
    - Sign-on Bonus and Relocation package negotiable
    - Quarterly bonus structure for all providers
