• Call Schedule: Phone Only | 1:4 Weeks | $200/Week

  - This role will float among multiple locations.
  - Responsibilities include managing care of the substance-abusing population.
  - Ability to prescribe Suboxone highly desirable.
  - EMR: eClinicalWorks
  QUALIFICATIONS:
  - Active NYS license.
  - 2+ years of experience as a PMHNP working with children and adults in an ambulatory care setting preferred.
  - 1+ years of experience could be considered if the candidate has a strong, demonstrated background working independently in behavioral health with regards to most clinical decision making.
  - Current life support and infection control certificates
  - Current DEA.
  - Board certification or intent to become certified, ideally within 6 months of hire.
