Schedule: 6-7a - 1p 3 days per week, 24 hours/week (weekdays, flexible on what days)
Do you provide methodone or suboxone assisted treatments?: yes
Does the locum need to have a Suboxone x waiver?: preferably
How many patients per day will the locum see?: 3-4 pts per hour for psych med visits 15 minutes each
Who does History and Physicals?: NP will perform biopsychosocial assessment but no physical exam
