• Additional Info: As a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, provides advanced clinical psychiatric nursing care to referred clients. Collaborates with Psychiatrists to provide psychiatric evaluation, medication review, and ongoing treatment for clients. Ensures accuracy of diagnosis and appropriate pharmacologic interventions, and supports appropriate multidisciplinary interventions. Provides leadership within the team to recommend program placement and coordinate interim treatment planning
  Qualifications:
  - NY PMHNP license
  - DEA certification
  - ANCC certification is an asset
  - 2 years of experience with persons with co-occurring health/mental illness and HIV/AIDS preferred
  - Must be eligible for full and unconditional participation in the Medicaid and Medicare program
