• Compensation: River Valley Health and Dental is happy to offer our PMHNP staff an agreeable salary in alignment with market standards and to provide a comfortable cost of living. We will negotiate a salary range based on $105k-$130, with flexibility based on experience.

• Additional Info: As we extend our behavioral health services, we are seeking an experienced PMHNP to aid in our expansion and jumpstart our program.
  JOB DESCRIPTION:
  - Develops, implements, and coordinates services and individualized treatment plans according to the provider's caseload
  - Evaluates and assesses clients' needs or options for medication management, prescribes medications, and monitors them on a regular basis.
  - Collaborates with the Center staff and community professionals including physicians, therapists, social workers, dietitians, and community agencies in coordinating client care services and maintaining continuity of care
  - Participates in client case consultation
  Qualifications:
  - Current Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner and Prescriptive Authority license, with the maintenance of CPR and CRNP licensure and board certification.
  - One or more years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferred.
  Clinic Hours: Monday - Thursday 8 am - 7 pm, Friday 8 am - 5 pm
