• Additional Info: As a staff NP, you will examine and treat patients in Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Post-Acute Rehabilitation in collaboration with other healthcare providers.
  This position will support Post-Acute Rehabilitation units, an Assisted Living Facility, and a Memory Care Assisted Living Facility on the CESLS campus in Rockville, Maryland.

  Qualifications:
  - 5 years of experience in geriatrics and experience in a skilled nursing facility or assisted living facility
  - Knowledgeable of clinical geriatrics and long-term care medical practices
