  • On-Site Diagnostic Tools: Have access to X-ray, iStat, and CBC capabilities for on-site diagnostics and informed treatment decisions.


What You'll Do:



  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans for a variety of urgent care needs.

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests (X-ray, iStat, CBC) to facilitate accurate diagnoses.

  • Perform essential urgent care procedures, such as suturing, splinting, and more.

  • Prescribe medications and manage patient medications effectively.

  • Provide patient education and counseling on various health topics relevant to urgent care.

  • Document all patient interactions, diagnoses, treatment plans, and interventions thoroughly and efficiently within the Epic electronic medical records system.


Who You Are:



  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree for NPs or a Physician Assistant (PA) certification (required).

  • Current and active license to practice in North Carolina (only).

  • A commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care within a collaborative and team-oriented urgent care setting.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities to manage a diverse patient population in the urgent care setting.

  • BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA) (required).

  • AANP/AANC or NCCPA certification (required).
