Successful group is looking to add an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner to their already successful and caring staff. There are currently six full time providers. The community is growing and are looking to recruit new ;
 










Job Specifications


·2 year guarantee based upon 50% of three year average ; Convert to wRVU productivity model in year 3.


·Recruitment incentives (sign on bonus) may be available, subject to individual and market conditions.


·Time ; Since the providers are on a productivity model, they receive up to 35 days scheduled time away from the clinic, as approved, inclusive of vacation, sick time and CME.


·A relocation / transition payment is available to relocating providers, case by case basis, depending on specific provider.


·Quality incentive.  APCs are eligible for up to $15,000 additional compensation annually for quality measures that are reviewed and set each year.
