  • Additional Info: Participate in strategic planning, goal setting, clinical gap identification, risk mitigation, quality improvement prioritization, and grant objectives for the women's health department, overseeing the Milford, Seaford, and Georgetown sites.
    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    -Collaborates with Physicians, Certified Nurse Midwives, and Women's Health Nurse
    Practitioners to write/update evidence-based practice guidelines for women's health
    -Mitigate risk factors through peer review,
    -Prioritize departmental needs such as quality gaps and workflow issues
    -In collaboration with supervising OB/GYN physician, CMO, and other providers, you will provide medical care, treatment, and counseling to OBGYN patients
    -Participate in a clinical week of 28 hours and 12 administrative hours
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    -Master's degree in Nursing
    -5 years in women's health discipline is preferred but will consider those with a proven track record of leadership, growth, and interdepartmental development
    - DE License REQUIRED
