    Job Description:
    -The provider will work with female patients ranging from adolescence into advanced age. -They provide well-woman care, including annual evaluations and health screenings, preventative care, fertility and family planning, prenatal management and care for chronic illnesses and diseases 
    -Teach patients and families community health promotion and illness prevention
    strategies
    -Prescribe appropriate treatments
    -Supports Mission, Vision, and Values of Agape Family Health and understands the outpatient setting of an FQHC
    Qualifications:
    -MSN
    -1 year clinical experience preferred
    -American Heart Association BLS certified
