• Seeking general Ob/Gyn


• Call would be 1:4 (1 day/week, 1 weekend/month)


• Interest in some high risk OB a plus


• Group offers excellent GYN surgery mentorship program


• All new patients equally divided – assigned to whomever is on-call that day


• All OB collections are pooled and then divided equally by 4; Gyn is individual productivity only


• Income Guarantee model; Relocation Agreement (offered from hospital) includes year 1 income guarantee (based on MGMA guidelines), sign-on bonus, relocation expenses, malpractice/tail coverage, CME allowance
