• Additional Info: Duly Health and Care's Obstetrics and Gynecology Department is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible OBGYN Physician to join our busy practices in Elk Grove Village and Elgin.
  - 1:2 OB Call Schedule and 1:3 GYN Call Schedule
  - 1 Nurse Practitioner
  - Deliveries and surgeries at Alexian Brothers, Sherman Hospital, St. Alexius Hospital.
  - Access to the outpatient surgical center and in-office procedures
  - Level III NICU with MFM and in house anesthesia
  - Epic EHR
