CNM - labor & deliver, rounding, clinic
AZ license preferred, will license
BLS, ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS
Mon- Friday, 8am-5pm
Call Avg 1:2 or 1:3 ratio of call during the week
*Includes 1 weekend monthly
