Pertinent Facility Info: 100 deliveries in the last 24 months will need to be proven via case logs during credentialing, GYN case need to be included in the logs (required # depends on facility)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days. They will take minimal background and we will not send anyone who has $100,000+ in payouts.

Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: 24 Hour Shifts Only
