    • BLS/ACLS not required unless performing moderate or deep sedation



  • Estimated Credentialing Timeframe:

    • Approximately 3 months

    • Epic, familiarity with this system is preferred



  • Other Coverage:

    • Other Ophthalmologists will provide coverage during locum's absence



  • Housing and Travel:

    • Arrangements can be discussed, with potential for hospital-provided housing during on-call weeks
