  • Loan Repayment
  • Compensation: $105,000-$120,000 based on experience
  • Benefits: - Snow Days: If the local public schools are closed/delayed due to storms, our CHSI employees will work remotely

    DETAILS:
    - Provides primary health care to patients in Community Health Service Inc. practice sites
    - Performs outpatient procedures within the scope of primary care.
    - May assist the Medical Director in the revision and implementation of practice principles, clinical protocols, and health care plans as needed.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    - BC or BE and scheduled to test before employment REQUIRED
    - Licensed in MN or ND REQUIRED
    - DEA License REQUIRED
    - 2 years experience in an outpatient clinical setting REQUIRED
    - Bilingual PREFERRED
    - Experience in FQHC PREFERRED
