  • Compensation: $134,300-$151,500 based on experience

    DETAILS:
    - The Nurse Practitioner is an integral part of the clinical care team providing primary care services to the patients and families served by PCHC
    - Provides comprehensive, high quality and cost-effective primary care services to a diverse population in a patient and family-centered environment
    - Performs health assessments and physical examinations for adults and children develops patient plans, and works with patients/families to develop self-management goals
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    - CA License REQUIRED
    - DEA License REQUIRED
    - Pediatric Experience REQUIRED
