  • Nursing Support/Physician Nurse Ratio: 1:1

  • Ancillary Staff per Provider: 1:1

  • Number of Exam Rooms per Provider: 2-3

  • Lab: Yes

  • Pharmacy: Yes

  • Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 30 or more Patients

  • Electronic Medical Record: Allscripts and Cerner


MANDATED Job Requirements:



  • Board Certified or Board Eligible: Required

  • IA License or IMLC: Required
