BC/BE ENT is needed to join 2 other ENT's at a private practice that has been in business for over 50 years:

- Looking for an experienced, dedicated and hard-working ENT

- Looking for a long term relationship

- Full staff of NP's and Audiologists

- The schedule is flexible - Monday - Friday 8-5 

- Work as much as you want. The need is there! RVU production based bonuses built in!

- Call Schedule is 1:3

- New Ambulatory Center just built with new state of the art equipment 

- They currently use MediTech as their EMR software

- The hospital is employing you to work at this well established private practice. It can be a salaried

  position with a 3 year contract (60 day out clause) or income guarantee

- Generous benefits package, malpractice, tail, relocation and competitive salary based on the

  MGMA average and the possibility of a partnership

- $30,000 sign-on bonus and the possibility to earn lots of money with production based bonuses
