Requirements:

• Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology REQUIRED


• Licensure: Must hold an Iowa medical license or be eligible for IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact) REQUIRED


• Commitment: Must be open to a long-term locum-to-perm transition


• Malpractice Insurance: Must be included in submitted rates
