  • Employed opportunity (W-2)

  • Physicians staff County clinic and serve as core faculty for Family Medicine residency training program 

  • Teaching is required (1 preceptor clinic/week to include 2-3 Family Medicine residents)

  • High degree of autonomy (ability to focus on subspecialty interests of choice)

  • Interesting patient base; wide variety of cases

  • Minor inpatient responsibilities (nursery work only)

  • Base salary:  $160,000 base salary + productivity (average pediatrician earnings within the group range from $180,000-$200,000+)

  • 8-9 half days/week ( day work week)

  • Target workload:  12 patients/half day (24 total per day)

  • Full benefits package to include health, dental, vision and EXCELLENT retirement package (15% employer contribution)

  • FQHC look-alike – eligible for State loan repayment program

  • CME allowance of $2,500/year

  • Optional relocation assistance and/or sign on bonus offered by hospital

  • 90 miles north of Fresno, 90 miles east of San Francisco, 65 miles south of Sacramento
