-Full-time (40 hrs)

-100% outpatient

-M-F 8-5 
-One late day/week (11am - 7pm or 12-8:00pm)
-One Saturday / month (with a day off during the week)
-See 25 patients/day

-Nurse triaged phone call about two weeks/year
-NextGen EMR
-$185,000 base salary 
-Bonus incentive for productivity/quality measures
-Relocation/malpractice/tail

-CME allowance + 7 days
-3 weeks paid time off + 7 days personal/sick days
-Ideal candidate: CA licensed, Board Certified, EMR experienced
-City of 300,000 south of Sacramento 
-Hour and fifteen minutes from San Francisco
