  • Schedule: 5 on, 4 off then 4 on 5 off



  • 24 hour call



  • 3-5 admissions per 24 hour period



  • Census: 5 newborns, 4 peds



  • Sole provider



  • BLS, NRP, and PALS are required



  • Required skills: UAC, UVC, intubation, temporarily manage CPAP or ventilator



  • Large multispecialty group



  • EMR: Cerner



  • Malpractice paid in full
