  DETAILS:
  - 50/50 split clinical and Admin
  - Provide comprehensive medical services to patients at a high level of care and quality consistent with outpatient primary care scope of practice in a community clinic environment
  - Regularly monitor and oversee the performance of CHSI's clinicians with respect to established performance indicators, including peer review
  - Meet regularly with the Chief Medical Officer to review clinical issues, clinician performance, and strategic initiatives and priorities.
  QUALIFICATIONS:
  - BC or BE and scheduled to test before employment REQUIRED
  - Licensed in MN or ND REQUIRED
  - Previous management or leadership experience REQUIRED
  - Experience in an FQHC setting PREFERRED
