  • Hours:4 day work week | Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

  • Average Patients seen: 15
  • Call Schedule: After hours call for own patient base for emergencies only

  • Compensation: Starting salary $100,000 plus productivity incentive paid quarterly

  • Additional Info:
    - Work with a collaborating physician to provide effective, appropriate, quality health care to all health center patients regardless of his/her ability to pay
    - Responsible for direct patient care including initial, routine, emergency, and follow-up visits.
    - Direct his/her assigned nurse as needed to provide quality patient care.
    Qualifications:
    - Possess an IL license or have the ability to obtain
