-Salary: $210,000 guaranteed

-$25,000 sign on bonus

-Incentive compensation plan – wRVU model

-$4,000 per year CME

-25 days of ETO

-Malpractice paid

-Up to $10,000 for relocation

-Work in newly remodeled Women and Children’s Center 

-Call is 1:2
-Traditional inpatient/outpatient practice

-Work in office 8 am to 5pm M,W &F   /    8am to 12 noon on Thursday

-Great location - 1 hr to Indianapolis & Cincinnati, 2 hrs to Louisville &Columbus
