ASAP - Ongoing
Newborns, nursery, C-sections, high risk deliveries, pediatric inpatients, emergency department consults
Single pediatric coverage
24 Hour Call, daily rounds, admits, discharges, attending births
No midlevel
Central lines, intubation, extubation, and circumcisions (circs optional)
400 births/year
C-section rate 21%
0-3 Census
5 nursery beds
NRP and PALS certification Required
Supported by RNs, respiratory therapists, ED physicians
