Successful multi-specialty group seeking a BE/BC Pediatrician to join the practice. There are five full time physicians in the department. The approximate number of patients seen is 20 to 25 per day. All doctors share call (1:5). No nursery coverage required. The day after on-call is off. Hospital/ER call is very infrequent (around 20 per year for the practice). Doctors also rotate in a satellite office for a half day. This is a full time practice with benefits, base salary plus bonus. Two year partnership track. Once you become a partner your compensation will be based on production, which translates to a significant pay raise. The group offers services in Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Cardiology, Nephrology and Urology. Cost of living and malpractice are substantially lower than in other areas of the United States. This is an approved National Health Service corps site. Loan repayment options may be available.
