  EHCHS's Boriken Neighborhood Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Patient-Centered Medical Home.
  - Provides comprehensive case managed primary care services in an ambulatory care setting. Contributes to quality assurance, staff development, and other programmatic and clinical functions.
  - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required. Must be open to working with a Spanish-speaking population.
  - Experience in public health preferred.
