We have numerous opportunities for an experienced Pediatric Hospitalist with highly competitive pay rates in Newark, OH. Position Details:
July - December
24-hour in-house shifts covering well baby, Special Care Nursery (level II), attendance at high-risk deliveries., pediatric admission, ED consults & pediatric emergencies
24- hour In-house coverage from 8am-8am
EMR- Epic
Admissions per day- Well-baby - 4-5 per day Special Care Nursery - 1 per day Pediatrics -2 per week
Inpatients per day- Well-baby- 5-6 per day Pediatrics- 1 per day
ICU per day-Special Care Nursery 2-3 per day
Total # of beds- total Well baby - 28 mother/infant beds Peds Beds - 6 beds Max of 29 infants
ABLS, PALS, NRP
Intubations, UAC/UVC, Thoracentesis, Chest tube placements, Arterial blood draw, Ventilator management, Lumbar Puncture, Circumcisions (Frenectomy-preferred)
